1. All Adult Cardiac Surgeries: Coronary Bypass (CABG), Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH), Valve Repair / Replacement, Thoracic Aneurysm Repair, Endovascular Aortic Surgery (TEVAR).
2. All Adult Thoracic Surgeries: Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS) ie: Lobectomy, Bullectomy, Pleurectomy, Decortication, Thymectomy, Sympathectomy, Pericardiectomy, Pericardial Window, Chest Wall Repair (Nuss procedure), Diaphragm Repair.

1. All Adult Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Diseases: Coronary Disease, Cardiac Valve diseases, Bullous Lung Disease, Disease of Pleura, Thymoma, Chest Trauma, Sympathetic Nerve Disease (Hyperhidrosis) Chylothorax, Haemothorax, Pneumothorax, Disease of Diaphragm, Pectus Excavatum.
